While being signed to Stream Chasers is free for the Creator, TikTok does pay our agency small kickbacks for helping creators grow. We love providing our creators with premium service, and we love going that extra mile to look after our creators in the form of gifts.

Below are our baseline intro rewards - some months, we may even gift more! Things like hours, standout performances, and other variables like bans affect how you might be gifted.

Eligibility:

  • To qualify for our milestone-based intro rewards, you must be within Stream Chasers Creator Network for over 15 days, and have done 10 different LIVE days (each >20 min) and over 20 hours streamed in a month.

  • Since this is an intro program, creators can redeem rewards for the first three months where they’ve earned over 250k diamonds.

  • After redeeming rewards for three months, you will have completed and been unenrolled from this specific rewards program.

  • After the third month, we will still gift Creators anywhere from 0.5-1% of their monthly diamond earnings based on milestones, performance, and conduct at our sole discretion. For example, if you earned 1M diamonds, we may still gift you up to 10,000 diamonds depending on;

    • Factors like your performance (or any standout or rare performances), weighed against any of your suspensions, bans, and other misconduct. These are used to calculate any monthly bonuses. You may receive reduced bonuses (or no bonuses for very bad cases) if you received a high severity violation or suspension in a given month that was warranted for misconduct and had an unsuccessful appeal.

How It Works:

  • Once you join us and reach any of the specified milestones by month-end, we’ll distribute your reward.

  • Only one milestone bonus can be redeemed per Creator each month. For example, if you earned 1M diamonds in a month, you’ll receive the Interstellar, not multiple rewards.

  • We’re proactive in gifting our Creators their bonus upfront throughout the month in the form of smaller gifts that add up to your total monthly bonus - this way, you don’t need to go out of your way to message us to redeem your bonus.

Redeeming Your Reward:

  • To check your diamond count, go to TikTok Studio > LIVE > Analytics, or visit the “Viewer Ranking” tab in Analytics to see how much we’ve already gifted you.

  • Usually, we gift you during the month as you accrue diamonds. If you feel like something is wrong in terms of the amount of gifts you’ve received by month’s end, you can;

  • Initiate your bonus redemption by DMing us on TikTok (@stream_chasers), preferably within 30 days of the month ending.

  • For situations where we wait to the new month to issue larger gifts, your bonus will be gifted within the first 10 days of the new month.

  • Unredeemed rewards will be forfeited 15 days after the prior month ends.

Program Terms:

  • As a Creator Network which is compensated with bonuses from TikTok and not paid by any Creators, Stream Chasers reserves the right to cancel or modify this rewards program at any time based on changes in how TikTok compensates us and our changing business needs.

  • How Stream Chasers chooses to calculate and gift creators is purely discretionary.

Creator Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Refer friends to join our Creator Network and get rewarded for it!

1. Introduction Welcome to Stream Chasers' Creator Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in this Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility To be eligible for the Program, the referred Creator must meet the following criteria:

  • Must reside in the AU/NZ region.

  • Must be over the age of 18.

  • Must have an active and primary TikTok account with between 2,000 and 200,000 followers. Exceptions for accounts exceeding 200,000 followers may be considered.

  • Must not have been associated with any other live streaming agencies within the last 60 days.

  • Must commit to remaining within the Stream Chasers Creator Network for a minimum of three months upon acceptance.

  • Referrers can reach out to the Stream Chasers team via DM to check whether a potential Creator is eligible.

3. Program Participation

  • Referrers must be existing Signed Creators signed to Stream Chasers.

  • Referrers must submit eligible candidates through the prescribed method provided by Stream Chasers; asking the interested party to DM our official TikTok profile: @stream_chasers.

  • Referred Creators must adhere to all TikTok community guidelines, stream over 7 days per month and over 15 hours per month, and participate in LIVE battles to earn diamonds.

4. Referral Bonus

  • Upon successful acceptance and onboarding of a referred Creator, the referrer will receive a 3K to 7K diamond Tiktok gift as a ​referral bonus for every successfully-​onboarded Creator that they've referred.

  • The Stream Chasers team will determine the gift amount based on factors like the referred Creator’s followers, LIVE experience, prior LIVE success, and more.

  • The gift will be sent through TikTok multi-guest streams ran by the referrer, and the gift will be sent by one of Stream Chaser’s Agent accounts.

  • Alternatively, we may choose to Pay ID/bank transfer you the equivalent of what you would have received from the TikTok gift.

5. Conditions for Payment

  • A referral is deemed successful only after the referred Creator is accepted, onboarded, and meets all eligibility criteria.

  • Stream Chasers will notify the referrer of the outcome of the referral via TikTok DM or other preferred contact method.

  • Rewards are strictly sent as TikTok LIVE gifts and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for real-world money.

6. Disqualifications

  • If the Creator is not eligible to join the agency due to not meeting the eligibility criteria, being rejected by TikTok, the referred Creator not accepting their agency invite in time, or any other reason which prevents the referred Creator from successfully joining, the referring Creator will not be eligible to receive a referral bonus.

  • Stream Chasers reserves the right to refuse payment if any fraudulent activity or illegitimate gaming of the system is suspected.

7. General

  • Referrers can reach out to @stream_chasers on TikTok via DM to check whether a Creator they would like to refer would be eligible to join the Creator Network.

  • Stream Chasers reserves the right to change the terms of the Program or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

  • Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and any modifications thereof.
