Eligibility:

• To qualify for our milestone-based baseline rewards, you must be within Stream Chasers Creator Network for over 15 days, have completed at least 8 different LIVE days (each >60 min), and streamed over 20 hours in a month.

• Creators may redeem baseline rewards for the first three months in which they’ve earned over 250k diamonds, subject to meeting the eligibility requirements and Program Terms below.

• After the third month, we may continue gifting Creators anywhere from 0.5-3% of their monthly diamond earnings based on milestones, performance, conduct and other relevant factors, at our sole discretion.

  • Factors such as your overall performance, including standout or rare performances, may be weighed against suspensions, bans, violations or other misconduct when determining any monthly bonus.

  • You may receive a reduced bonus, or no bonus, if you received a warranted high-severity violation or suspension during the month, particularly where an appeal was unsuccessful.

How It Works:

• Once you join us and reach any of the specified milestones by month-end, you may become eligible for the applicable reward. Reaching a milestone does not, by itself, guarantee that a reward will be issued.

• Only one milestone bonus can be redeemed per Creator each month. For example, if you earned 1M diamonds in a month, you’ll receive the Interstellar reward rather than multiple milestone rewards.

• Most months, we are proactive in gifting our Creators throughout the month in the form of smaller gifts that may add up to their total monthly bonus, so in most cases you won’t need to message us separately to redeem it.

Redeeming Your Reward:

• To check your diamond count, go to TikTok Studio > LIVE > Analytics, or visit the “Viewer Ranking” tab in Analytics to see how much we’ve already gifted you.

• Usually, we gift you throughout the month as you accrue diamonds.

• If you believe you haven’t received milestone gifts for the previous month, we encourage you to initiate a bonus redemption by DMing us on TikTok (@stream_chasers), preferably within 15 days of the month ending.

• Where we wait until the new month to issue larger gifts, eligible bonuses will generally be gifted within the first 10 days of the new month.

• Any reward requiring redemption that is not claimed within 15 days after the relevant month ends may be forfeited.

Program Terms:

• Stream Chasers is compensated through bonuses and incentives from TikTok and does not charge Creators to participate in the Creator Network. Accordingly, this rewards program is an optional benefit offered by Stream Chasers and does not form part of any guaranteed Creator earnings or compensation.

• Participation, eligibility, achievement of a milestone, past receipt of rewards, or inclusion in the program does not create any guarantee, entitlement or expectation that a Creator will receive a particular reward, gift, percentage or value in the future.

• All rewards, including their amount, timing, method of distribution and availability, are determined by Stream Chasers at its sole discretion and may take into account performance, conduct, eligibility, TikTok policies, TikTok incentives and other relevant circumstances.

• Stream Chasers may withhold, reduce, substitute or decline to issue a reward where we reasonably determine that eligibility requirements have not been met, there has been misconduct or platform enforcement, or other circumstances make the reward inappropriate.

• Stream Chasers reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this rewards program, including its milestones, eligibility criteria and reward values, at any time based on changes to TikTok’s compensation arrangements, platform policies, program funding or our changing business needs.

• How Stream Chasers calculates and gifts Creators under this program is discretionary, and previous rewards do not establish a precedent or guarantee for future rewards.
